Chromated Copper Arsenate (CCA) Pressure Treated wood products have stood the test of time. CCA pressure treated wood that was installed as far back as the 1940’s is still in use today and still in serviceable condition. CCA products are the materials of choice for post frame buildings and permanent wood foundations. The CCA wood preservative system meets the American Wood Protection Association (AWPA) Standards and meets all major building code requirements.
CCA Permanent Wood Foundations
Plywood and lumber for permanent wood foundations treated to .60 pcf can be used in both residential and commercial treated wood foundations.
CCA treated wood provides excellent protection from termites, other wood destroying organisms, and fungal decay, making it an excellent choice for permanent wood foundations.

Manufactured in-house, our notched shed runners treated to .60 pcf make building your portable structure seamless and structurally square.
In addition, our CCA shed runners provide the following advantages:
- Attractive appearance. Notched runners allow a perfect fit of your 2×4 or 2×6 floor joists with no slipping.
- Strong, durable and dependable. Made from 4×6 #1 Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) and treated with CCA to .60 pcf, our notched shed runners are the highest quality and will hold up to the elements.
Other Uses for CCA Treated Lumber
Other uses for CCA treated lumber include:
- CCA plywood treated to .40 or .60 pcf can be used for residential or agricultural storage sheds, garages, and trailers, including wall sheathing and roof sheathing.
- CCA fence posts (round, half round and quarter round only) treated to .40 pcf can be used for agricultural use.
- CCA laminated columns treated to .60 pcf can be used for structural support timbers for agricultural buildings.
- CCA timber and lumber treated to a .60 pcf can be used for golf course bridges.
